What Is Included

Every plan includes:

  • Live chat widget for your website
  • AI chatbot support (ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini)
  • Integration with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Zoom, or Webex
  • Chat history and reports
  • Pre-chat forms and custom fields
  • Webhooks and REST API access

Annual vs Monthly Billing

Annual plans save up to 25% compared to monthly billing. Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment for the year.

Upgrading

Go to Settings > Billing (or click the plan/upgrade link). You will be taken to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can change your plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Your billing is prorated for the remainder of the current period.

Downgrading

Downgrade through the Stripe Customer Portal. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If your usage (widgets, agents) exceeds the new plan's limits, you will need to remove the excess before the downgrade activates.

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your widgets will stop working.

Shopify Billing

If you installed Social Intents through the Shopify App Store, billing is managed through Shopify. Plan changes and cancellations go through your Shopify admin, and charges appear on your Shopify invoice.

Invoices

Invoices are available in the Stripe Customer Portal. You can view, download, and update your billing information from there.
